Payment & Refund Policy

This section details our payment and refund policies, clearly outlining terms for card transactions, refund eligibility, and protocols for addressing service concerns, ensuring transparency and trust in every transaction.

Payment Policy

All services provided by MCG Biometrics must be paid in full at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods. By submitting a payment, the client:

Authorizes MCG Biometrics to charge the selected payment method

Confirms that they are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method

Agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy

Failure to provide valid payment may result in refusal of service.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once services have been completed.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Services have already been rendered or completed
  • The client fails to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show)
  • Results are delayed, denied, or rejected by any agency
  • Errors or incorrect information provided by the client
  • Issues caused by third parties, including government agencies or employers

Card Payment Authorization

By completing a card transaction, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

The payment is final once the service has been provided

The transaction is authorized and cannot be disputed without valid justification

MCG Biometrics is not responsible for declined transactions after services are rendered

Technical Issues

If a service cannot be completed due to a technical issue directly caused by MCG Biometrics, we may offer one of the following at management’s discretion:

  • Appointment rescheduling at no additional cost
  • Service credit for future use

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Fees

All payment processing fees charged by banks or card processors are non-refundable, even in cases where a refund or credit is issued.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting MCG Biometrics to resolve the issue.

MCG Biometrics reserves the right to update or modify this Payment & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
